Presented through a blend of practical and theory, this workshop equips you with advanced rehabilitation strategies, grounded in both research and real-world results.
You'll learn how to plan and deliver structured, progressive programs across a 12–20 week timeline, helping your clients safely return to work, sport, and general physical activity with confidence.
