Clinical Rehabilitation Workshops Created for Rehab Professionals

Rehabilitation isnt just exercise - its expert thinking

As clinicians, we just want to get it right.

We want to understand more, prescribe with confidence, and achieve outcomes that truly last. But often, the deeper drivers of dysfunction—adaptation, compensation, biomechanical change—are all easy to overlook unless we know what to look for.

The Truth is - you cant treat what you dont understand,

and you can’t progress if you don’t recognize the layers beneath the symptom.

Great rehab isn’t about more exercises—it’s about better clinical reasoning.

That’s where your next level of professional growth begins: learning how to peel back complexity, find the real starting point, and restore function with precision.

i'm pretty passionate about what we do

We have an amazing opportunity to change peoples lives.... every day.

How many people do you know get to impact peoples lives in the way we can. Whether returning from injury, resolving pain, restoring health, improving function, or just doing what they can - its an amazing career that never imagined would take me to the places it has when I first started out.

My experiences have been broad extending through most areas of the health sector, but a large part of my clinical work in recent years has been working in the area of musculoskeletal rehab and I have helped hundreds of people navigate recovery of their  injuries, pain and musculoskeletal health through exercise.

It grounds me. It keeps life in perspective. And, it also helps me appreciate the little things in life.

Through my career, I have continued to learn and professionally evolve. I have taken the opportunities to attend multiple conferences and courses focused on health, fitness and exercise nationally and internationally over the years and have taken the opportunity to also present at a few. I have also maintained a strong engagement in research and teaching; and my learning continues. The PhD is underway.

I remain committed to sharing what I have leant over the years as there has been a lot - and hence I continue to develop and deliver my courses nationally. My clinical work and professional training have provided me with a unique perspective to see some of the gaps between the allied health professional areas; and I understand how we could do things better.

My courses are written with Exercise Physiologists & Exercise Scientists in mind, but also invite other rehab professionals to attend. I welcome the opportunity to teach across multiple professions and love having chiropractors, osteopaths and the occasional physiotherapist attend my courses. The cross professional engagement is always interesting and IMO we should take more opportunities to embrace it.

If you haven't attended one of my courses before - I hope to be able to share with you some of my knowledge too. I do have a lot of "serial attendees" that come along to my courses - which i always feel is a testament to people resonating with what I am delivering. Thats exactly what I am trying to achieve.

take every opportunity to learn from as many people as you can is the key to finding your rehab "flo

If you have every thought - "I should know this" - you are in the right place.

I have spent years with that in mind, and so have continued to attend professional education every chance I have had - intensely from within my professional areas but then also from outside of it. My curiosity and love of learning is what I being to my clinical approach.

This is how you will grow too.

Come and join one my workshops and let me show you how to see rehab a little bit differently.
